ERIC BENOIT
Patriarchy, misogyny, nationalism, desperation… you know what Eric Benoit’s talking about, and he doesn’t even mention Donald Trump by name.

With the upcoming release of his third LP "Jackals of the East Side," Benoit has broadened his scope beyond the folk-electronic confessional stylings of previous releases.

Though the majority of the album takes place in NYC, it is about more than a single city. It’s a testament to those marginalized communities working together to bring down those in power around the world.

"Jackals" is Benoit’s most significant step yet in a career defined by idiosyncratic, avant-garde, and depressing yet hopeful experimental music. Though it retains the electronic edge of earlier releases, it also uses traditional rock instrumentation to tell the story of America from the perspective of a kid just trying to figure out how to be good to people and make the world a better place.

Yolanda is a singer-songwriter from Brooklyn, NY, and that's all she gave me (Eric) to write about her. She's fucking good though for real don't miss her ;)

Bill Schaefer has no idea what he's doing. As a conceptual artist, he's only tied down to ideas, not mediums. Known for his magazine "TEXTURES", his internet performance art, visual art, and textiles, this is his first time sharing his video/visual art, mix of internet video bricolage and analog visuals.
